This modal opens automatically 3 seconds after the page has been loaded in the visitor's browser, but only if the visitor has not already seen it by setting a cookie in the visitor's browser called 'dismissed-auto-modal'.

To prevent this modal from reappearing to visitors, add a 'data-cookie' attribute.

Then, to test your modal, delete the cookie from your browser and go into "Edit Mode" before accessing this page. "Edit Mode" will ignore the fact that you have seen the modal already.
